During the FCC’s February Open Meeting, Acting Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel announced the establishment of a Broadband Data Task Force to implement the improvements made to the FCC’s broadband data and mapping tools. She appointed Jean Kiddoo as Chair of the Task Force. Kiddoo is the current Chair of the Incentive Auction Task Force and will continue to serve in that position as well.
Current Chief of Staff of the Data Division in the FCC’s Office of Economics and Analytics, Chelsea Fallon, will serve as Senior Implementation Officer on the Task Force. Fallon has experience leading the agency’s implementation of the Broadband DATA Act. Additionally, the current Assistant Bureau Chief in the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunication Bureau, C. Sean Spivey, will serve as Senior Counsel.
