The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau released a Public Notice, seeking information from voice service providers and the registered traceback consortium, USTelecom – The Broadband Association’s Industry Traceback Group, regarding private-led efforts to trace back the origin of suspected unlawful robocalls. As required under the TRACED Act, the Commission will use this information to issue its annual report on the status of private-led robocall traceback efforts. The reporting period for this request is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Submissions are due May 1, 2026.
