The FCC’s Office of Economics and Analytics (OEA) released a Public Notice reminding advanced communications services providers to file their Supply Chain Annual Report by March 31, 2026. Such providers must provide a certification regarding their possession of equipment or services on the Covered List. The reporting portal, instructions, and other information regarding the Annual Reporting requirements are available here.
OEA also released a Public Notice, announcing updated, public lists of providers that reported having covered equipment or services in their networks in the 2024 Supply Chain Annual Reports.
