The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has announced the proposed North American Numbering Plan (NANP) administration fund size estimate and contribution factor for October 2025 through September 2026. The NANP Billing and Collection Agent (Agent) has proposed a funding requirement of $9,138,106 for Fiscal Year 2026. The Agent has proposed a contribution factor of 0.0001091 for the collection from U.S. carriers, which is higher than the contribution factor for the prior fiscal year.
