The FCC has voted to remove 11 outdated rule provisions as part of its ongoing “In Re: Delete, Delete, Delete” deregulatory initiative. The rules pertained to obsolete regulations on telegraph, rabbit-ear broadcast receivers, and telephone booths. The Commission determined that such rule provisions do not serve the public interest any longer.
