The FCC released a Public Notice seeking comment on the state of competition in the communications marketplace to assist with the preparation of its biannual Communications Marketplace Report to be released later this year. The Communications Marketplace Report assesses competition throughout the industry, including fixed-broadband services, mobile wireless services, satellite communications, voice services, video services, and more. Initial comments must be submitted via the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) in GN Docket No. 26-78 no later than May 21, 2026.
