The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau released an advisory reminding all telecommunications carriers and interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) providers to file their annual Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) certification by March 2, 2026. Carriers are required to submit their annual compliance certificate and an accompanying statement explaining how their operating procedures ensure compliance with the FCC’s CPNI rules.
