The FCC has adopted a Report and Order establishing a schedule of regulatory fees to be collected by the end of September. For fiscal year (FY) 2025, the Commission is required to assess and collect $390,192,000 in regulatory fees, pursuant to Section 9 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and the Commission’s appropriation in the FY 2025 Further Consolidation Appropriations Act. The regulatory fee schedule that the Commission has adopted for FY 2025 is set forth in Appendices B and C to the Report and Order. The FCC has implemented targeted amendments the Commission adopted in June 2025 to the methodology it uses to assess regulatory fees for space and earth stations.
