The FCC released a Public Notice announcing a 20 business day filing window for entities seeking recognition as a Cybersecurity Label Administrator (CLA). The filing window opened on January 27, 2026 and closes on February 24, 2026. Applications and supporting materials should be filed in accordance with the instructions found in Section IV of the 2024 Initial Filing Window Public Notice and must mailed or hand-delivered to the Office of the Secretary and emailed to the Bureau at CyberTrustMark@fcc.gov. Applications will be evaluated based on each criteria set forth in the 2024 IoT Labeling Order and how to best ensure the success of the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark Program. A subsequent Public Notice will be released to announce CLA selections.
