The FCC’s Office of Engineering and Technology released a Public Notice seeking Comment on a petition for rulemaking to amend part 15 of the Commission’s rules to allow more flexible ultra-wideband (UWB) device operations and update the UWB regulatory framework. Comments are due January 30, 2026 and reply comments are due February 27, 2026.
