The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has released guidance regarding the transition from reporting geographic coordinates and addresses in the High-Cost Universal Broadband portal to reporting the Broadband Serviceable Location Fabric Location IDs associated with locations. This applies to Rural Digital Opportunity Fund, Bringing Puerto Rico Together Fund, and Connect USVI Fund carriers. The guidance is available on the FCC’s website. The FCC has also provided these carriers with limited waivers of certain letter of credit and performance measures testing rules to facilitate this transition.
