The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) is seeking comment on the proposed eligible services list (ESL) for the E-Rate program for funding year (FY) 2026. For FY 2026, the Bureau proposes to modify how eligible software and other remote configuration services are categorized in the ESL. Additionally, the Bureau is seeking comment on whether changes should be made regarding managed internal broadband services. Comments on the proposed ESL for FY 2026 are due October 15 and reply comments are due October 30.
