In December, the FCC’s Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau adopted an Order, terminating 2,048 proceedings. Pertaining to a wide range of issues, including prior spectrum auctions, past communications marketplace reports and assessments of regulatory fees, and copper retirement network change notifications, the FCC declared the proceedings dormant. With the Order’s publication in the Federal Register, the proceedings have been terminated as of January 30, 2026.
