The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) has delayed releasing guidance regarding the use of approximately $21 billion in remaining “non-deployment” funds for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program. Originally expected March 11, NTIA said it needed more time to review the large volume of input and to hear again from state broadband officials gathering in Washington, DC.
