The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has extended the November 9, 2023, compliance date, or data submission deadline, for the submission of Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Transparency Data Collection data based on a reference or snapshot date of August 1, 2023. Following technical issues that may have affected certain filers, all ACP Transparency Data Collection data based on a reference or snapshot date of August 1, 2023, are now due November 30, 2023.
