The FCC’s Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau has issued a Public Notice reminding service providers that they are required to report each month in the Reassigned Numbers Database any permanent disconnections of numbers assigned to them. There are no exceptions to the filing requirement. Thus, if a service provider has not had any permanent disconnections of numbers in a given month, such service provider still must report to that fact.
