The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB) has released the Funding Year 2020 Eligible Services List (ESL).  There were no changes to the list this year, retaining the status quo for E-rate eligible services.  With the release of the Category Two Budget Order, the WCB reaffirmed in the ESL that Managed Internal Broadband Services, Caching and Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections would remain eligible for Category Two Funding.
