FCC Announces Re-Chartering of CSRIC; Nominations Due March 11

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued a Public Notice announcing that it is re-chartering the Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council (CSRIC) on or before March 26, 2026, following consultation with the General Services Administration.  This will be the tenth charter of CSRIC.  The first expected meeting of CSRIC would be in June 2026.

The Commission seeks nominations for membership and a chairperson(s) for CSRIC.  Membership of CSRIC includes representatives of state, tribal, local, and federal government agencies, communications service providers, community organizations, and more.  Nominations must be submitted to the FCC by March 11, 2026.  Nominations should be sent by email to CSRIC@fcc.gov.
