The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB) and the Office of Economics and Analytics (OEA) have announced the 2026 benchmarks for fixed voice and broadband services for eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs). The 2026 reasonable comparability benchmark for voice rates is $61.29. For broadband services, the relevant reasonable comparability benchmark can be found via this link. All ETCs must certify compliance with the service benchmarks in the FCC Form 481 by July 1, 2027.
