The FCC’s Office of Economics and Analytics (OEA) released a Public Notice, announcing the launch of the Auction Application System (AAS), which spectrum auction applicants will use to file short-form applications (FCC Form 175) for future FCC auctions. The AAS, which replaces the Commission’s legacy Integrated Spectrum Auction System (ISAS), will be used first in the upcoming auction of licenses for spectrum in the AWS-3 bands (Auction 113). The Auction 113 FCC Form 175 filing window will open on January 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET.
