The FCC has adopted a Direct Final Rule to repeal approximately 396 wireless rules as part of the FCC’s ongoing “Delete, Delete, Delete” deregulatory initiative.  The Commission states that such rules have been sunset by operation of law or govern an expired event.  The rules include market aggregation limits that sunset more than 20 years ago, rules for “radioprinter operations” in maritime systems, and requirements for licenses that the Commission has not issued in more than a decade.
