The FCC has released a Public Notice adjusting the inflation rate for the Second Quarter of 2025 (April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025) for rate-regulated cable operators that adjust their cable rates based on filing FCC Form 1240. The adjusted inflation rate is 2.12%. If calculating the inflation factor for a True-Up Period that includes part of Quarter 2, 2025, operators should use the adjusted rate on FCC Form 1240. Likewise, operators calculating the Projected Period Inflation Segment of FCC Form 1240 should use this adjusted inflation rate.
