The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has issued a Public Notice, seeking comment on the proposed modification of average schedule formulas that the National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc. (NECA) filed on December 23, 2025. NECA proposes to revise the formulas used for average schedule interstate settlement disbursements in connection with the provision of interstate access services for the one-year period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Comments on the proposed modification are due February 5 and reply comments are due February 20.
