The FCC released a Public Notice to refresh the record on petitions for reconsideration filed in response to the FCC’s 2020 C-band Report and Order in light of the technical proposals made in the Commission’s ongoing Upper C-band proceeding and the responses received in that record. Specifically, the FCC seeks to refresh the record to address a Petition regarding the impact of the 2020 C-band rules on adjacent radio altimeter operations and requests comment on how the technical rules could promote coexistence with radio altimeters in the 4.2–4.4 GHz band. Comments are due May 5, 2026.
