The FCC has issued a Public Notice announcing that all Enhanced Alternative Connect America Cost Model support recipients must certify and submit their implemented cybersecurity and supply chain risk management plan(s) by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, February 12, 2024. Enhanced A-CAM support recipients were required to implement their cybersecurity and supply chain risk management plan(s) by January 1, 2024.
The cybersecurity and supply chain risk management plan(s) must be submitted with the Universal Service Administrative Company through this portal. More information on the filing procedures can be found in this User Guide. A failure to implement and submit these plans will result in 25 percent of monthly support being withheld until compliance is achieved.
