The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau is seeking comment on several proposed revisions to its annual and quarterly telecommunications reporting worksheets (FCC Forms 499-A and FCC Forms 499-Q) and their respective instructions to be used in 2016 to report 2015 revenues.  All entities that provide telecommunications services for a fee are required to file Telecommunications Reporting Worksheets, which are used to calculate contributions to the Universal Service Fund, the Telecommunications Relay Service Fund, and cost recovery for numbering and number portability.  The proposed changes include, among other things, (a) how filers may update their DC Agent for Service of Process (b) conforming language to the FCC’s recent TRS and Open Internet orders; and (c) new instructions on how filers may submit traffic studies.  Comments on the proposed form changes are due by December 24, 2015.
