The FCC seeks comment on its proposals to (1) remove information collection requirements related to the Eligible Locations Adjustment Process (ELAP) for the Connect America Fund (CAF) Phase II auction and to (2) revise the data collection and reporting requirements for Alternative Connect America Cost Model (A-CAM) and Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) that were adopted in the High-Cost Fabric Order. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the FCC seeks feedback on the costs and reporting burdens attributed to the ELAP, A-CAM, and RDOF reporting requirements. Comments should be submitted on the reginfo.gov website here and sent via email to Nicole Ongele at PRA@fcc.gov and Nicole.Ongele@fcc.gov on or before April 16, 2026 in accordance with the Notice published in the Federal Register.
