The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau issued a Final Determination Order and Removal Order, effectively prohibiting Belthrough LLC from connecting to U.S. networks for failing to stop illegal robocall traffic. The Commission removed Belthrough’s certification from the Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD), thereby requiring all intermediate and voice service providers to cease accepting calls directly from Belthrough. All intermediate providers and voice service providers must cease accepting traffic from Belthrough.
