The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau released an Order requiring 35 companies to cure deficiencies in their Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) filings within 14 days or risk removal from the RMD. If a Company does not bring its RMD certification into compliance or fails to provide a sufficient explanation for why the its RMD certification should not be removed, it will be removed from the RMD and prevented from refilling without FCC consent. If a Company is removed from the RMD, all intermediate providers and voice service providers must cease accepting all calls from the Company.
