FCC Announces Staff Changes in Chairwoman’s Office and Enforcement Bureau

The FCC has announced staff changes in both Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel’s office and the Enforcement Bureau. In the Chairwoman’s office, Sanford Williams will assume the Deputy Chief of Staff position, replacing Deena Shelter. Williams most recently served as Special Advisor to the Chairwoman and Deputy Managing Director in the Office of Managing Director.

In the Enforcement Bureau, Alice Suh Jou has joined the Bureau as the Assistant Bureau Chief, and Jolina Cuaresma has joined as Senior Policy Counsel. Both individuals will work on the Privacy and Data Protection Task Force, which is lead by the Enforcement Bureau. Jou previously worked as an Acting Deputy Chief for telecom-related foreign investment at the Justice Department, and Cuaresma was previously the Head of Law and Tech Policy at Common Sense Media.
