The FCC released another Public Notice announcing that certain equipment previously on the Covered List has received Conditional Approval from the Department of War, determining that the equipment does not pose an unacceptable risks to national security. Accordingly, the following devices which have received Conditional Approval are exempt from the Covered List: eero LLC’s eero, eero Pro, eero Max, eero PoE, eero Outdoor, eero Signal, and Amazon Leo routers. Conditional approval for these devices will terminate on October 31, 2027.
