The FCC has announced that the Universal Licensing System along with the Tower Construction Notification System, E-106 System, and Antenna Structure Registration System are now available. However, the query download feature in ULS and ASR remains unavailable. The FCC systems were unavailable starting on Friday, June 9.
Since entities were unable to make electronic filings during this time, the FCC has extended deadlines for all regulatory filings that were due in the affected systems between June 9, 2023, and June 29, 2023 until Friday, June 30, 2023. Filings due outside of this time period are not extended but extension requests can be filed consistent with normal FCC practice.
