The FCC released a Public Notice advising 700 MHz Guard Band Licensees and 220 MHz Band Managers that they are no longer required to file annual reports which were previously due by March 1 of each year.. Licensees are still required to comply with the FCC’s other rules, including satisfying band manager activities and complying with discontinuance rules.
