The FCC has announced the availability of educational materials for the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) Phase I auction, or Auction 904, which is scheduled to begin Thursday, October 29, 2020. The materials include a bidding system user guide, an online bidding tutorial, and file formats document, and are available under the Education tab of the FCC’s Auction 904 website.
