The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC or Commission) Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB or Bureau) has adopted an Order announcing that RSM US LLP (RSM) will serve as the Relocation Coordinator for the 3.7-4.2 GHz (C-Band) transition process.  The Relocation Coordinator is tasked with managing the overall transition of spectrum in the C-Band and coordinating relocation actions among relevant parties.  RSM was first selected by a search committee of Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) space station operators. The Bureau then put the issue up for public comment in which no commenter opposed the selection of RSM. Thereafter, as part of this Order, the Bureau concluded that RSM satisfied the selection criteria established by the Commission in its 3.7 GHz Band Report and Order given RSM’s requisite expertise to serve in this role.
