The FCC has released a Public Notice reminding multichannel video program distributors (MVPDs) with six or more full-time employees that the deadline to file their annual EEO reports is September 30. The required FCC Form 396-C must be submitted in the EEO filing portal in the Cable Operations and Licensing System (COALS), available here.
Additionally, the Public Notice identifies certain MVPDs that must complete the Supplemental Investigation Sheet (SIS) of the Form 396-C this year, and provides guidance on the enhanced reporting requirements required for the entities subject to supplemental investigation.
