FCC Commissioner Simington Appoints Advisors

The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC or Commission) newest Commissioner Nathan Simington has appointed the following advisors: Tyler Bridegan, Media Advisor; Erin Boone, Wireless Advisor; Jonathan Cannon, Wireline Advisor.  Mr. Bridegan, a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Oklahoma, most recently served as an Attorney Advisor in the Media Bureau’s Video Division focusing on broadcast issues such as foreign ownership.  Ms. Boone, a graduate of Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and the University of Texas, most recently served as Deputy Division Chief in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau’s Competition and Infrastructure Division focusing on issues related to mobile data and voice services and mobile broadband mapping.  Lastly, Mr. Cannon, a graduate of Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and the University of Central Florida, most recently served as an Attorney Advisor in the Wireline Bureau’s Pricing Policy Division focusing on intercarrier compensation and access stimulation issues.
