The FCC published a consolidated list of prohibited entities with the aim of helping equipment authorization applicants and testing facilities verify whether an entity qualifies as a “Prohibited Entity” according to the FCC’s Second Equipment Authorization Report and Order. The consolidated list compiles entities from the FCC Covered List, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Entity List, BIS Military End-User (MEU) List, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List, Treasury Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies (NS-CMIC) List, National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) sections 1260H and 5949, and Foreign Adversaries (15 CFR § 791.4).
