The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) seeks comment on the proposed eligible services list for the E-Rate program for upcoming fiscal year 2027. The Bureau specifically seeks comment on questions related to managed internal broadband services (MIBS) and whether they should be limited. The Bureau also seeks comment on the eligibility of services and equipment stemming from network-as-a-service (NaaS) in the E-Rate program. The proposed eligible services list is available as an Attachment at the end of the Public Notice. Comments are due by July 30, 2026, and Reply Comments are due by August 14, 2026.
