The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice announcing that it is seeking comment on proposed revisions to the 2027 annual Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet (FCC Form 499-A), the 2027 quarterly Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet (FCC Form 499-Q), and their accompanying instructions. The FCC has proposed general revisions to note that circularity factor will be updated subsequent to the Fourth Quarter 2026 contribution factor announcement, and has adjusted the dates on the forms to reflect the upcoming new year. Further, the FCC specifically seeks comment on how to update the forms regarding revenue from prepaid calling cards. Comments on the Form 499 revisions are due July 9, 2026, and Reply Comments are due July 24, 2026.
