The U.S. Senate confirmed Adam Cassady, former acting chief of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), as the U.S. Department of State’s ambassador at large for cyberspace and digital policy.  Cassady led NTIA during the beginning of the second Trump administration as Acting Assistant Secretary of Commerce.  Cassady also served as an adviser at the FCC.  He replaces ambassador Nathaniel Fick in the role, which helps guide U.S. relations on matters such as cybersecurity.
