On March 30, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a Report and Order, Order and Order on Reconsideration, and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that make significant changes to the universal service fund rules governing rate-of-return incumbent local exchange carriers. Staff from the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau will conduct a webinar on Monday, April 4, 2016, from 2:00 to 3:30 pm EDT to provide a summary of the reforms adopted by the FCC.
