Due to technical issues, the FCC’s Universal Licensing System (ULS), Tower Construction Notification System (TCNS), E-106 System, and Antenna Structure Registration System (ASR) have been unavailable since Friday, June 9 at about 6:30 p.m. EDT, affecting filing deadlines, review periods, and resources for emergency authorization requests.

Consequently, the FCC released a Public Notice announcing extensions and guidelines for specific deadlines and processes affected.  This includes the FCC’s extension for all regulatory filings that will or need to be made starting June 9, 2023 until three days after systems resume normal operations.
