The FCC released a Notice of Apparent Liability (NAL) proposing to fine a U.S. provider $4.5 million for apparently transmitting traffic from a foreign provider not listed in the Robocall Mitigation Database. The company may submit a statement seeking a reduction or cancellation of the proposed forfeiture.
